The Sessions Boutique Artist Label Program is designed for independent artists who want the support and opportunities of a label while keeping full ownership of their music.

When you join the program, Sessions Boutique can help you release, distribute, promote, and develop your music through our network, tools, and opportunities — while you remain the owner of your copyrights, master recordings, compositions, and publishing rights.

All-Access members receive an additional benefit when they release music that was recorded through Sessions Boutique:

You keep 100% of the royalties generated by those music releases through the Artist Label Program.

Video distribution is subject to separate revenue-sharing terms based on the revenue generated by the applicable video platforms and distribution network.

For music that was not recorded through Sessions Boutique, participating artists receive 80% of royalties generated through the program.

You keep your music

Joining the Artist Label Program does not transfer ownership of your music to Sessions Boutique.

You retain your ownership and rights. You simply authorize Sessions Boutique to represent and administer your releases through the Artist Label Program while they are being distributed, promoted, or otherwise managed through the program.

There is no traditional record-label ownership arrangement and no requirement to give up your copyrights or publishing.

Who can join?

All-Access Members

All-Access members can enroll in the Artist Label Program and receive guaranteed acceptance, subject to the program's terms and verification requirements.

When an All-Access member releases music recorded through Sessions Boutique, that release qualifies for the 100% artist royalty benefit, even if you are no longer subscribed to All-Access.

Music recorded outside Sessions Boutique remains eligible for the program at the standard 80% artist royalty share.

Non-Members

Artists who are not All-Access members may also apply to the Artist Label Program. Applications are reviewed individually, and accepted artists receive the program's standard 80% artist royalty share.

Use only what you need

Can I use the Artist Label Program only for the opportunities I need?

Yes. The Artist Label Program is designed to be flexible. You can use the opportunities that make sense for your career and goals.

You can participate in music distribution, video distribution, and sync & licensing opportunities together or independently. You do not need to distribute your music through Sessions Boutique to distribute your videos, and you do not need to distribute music or videos to take advantage of available sync opportunities.

How Your Music Is Released

When you release music through the Sessions Boutique Artist Label Program, Sessions Boutique is authorized to release and represent your music under the Sessions Boutique label.

You retain full ownership of both your copyright and publishing rights. Nothing in the Artist Label Program transfers ownership of your music to Sessions Boutique.

For distribution purposes, the copyright information for your release may appear in stores and platforms as:

℗ [Artist Name] under worldwide license to Sessions Boutique

This wording means that you have granted Sessions Boutique a license to release, distribute, administer, and promote your music through the Artist Label Program. It does not mean that Sessions Boutique owns your copyright or publishing.

The license simply allows Sessions Boutique to represent your music under its label while it is being released and managed through the Artist Label Program. Artists can leave the program at any time — no minimum commitment.
