Biography

Fabiano Segalote is a Brazilian trombonist, arranger, composer, and music producer with over 30 years of professional experience, widely recognized for his musicality, versatility, and professionalism in both studio recordings and live performances. In the classical and orchestral field, Fabiano has performed and recorded with some of Brazil's most prestigious ensembles, including the Brazilian Symphony Orchestra (OSB), Rio de Janeiro Municipal Theatre Symphony Orchestra, Petrobras Symphony Orchestra, National Symphony Orchestra of the Federal Fluminense University (OSN), the Symphony Orchestra of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro School of Music (ORSEM), and the Rio de Janeiro Tuba and Euphonium Quintet, among others. In popular music, he has collaborated extensively with leading Brazilian artists such as Zeca Pagodinho, Alcione, Martinho da Vila, Belo, Dudu Nobre, Padre Fábio de Melo, Tiago Iorc, Roberta Sá, Biquíni Cavadão, Matogrosso & Mathias, Wilson Simoninha, Sandra de Sá, João Sabiá, and the Orquestra Tabajara, among many others. Fabiano has also recorded numerous soundtracks for Brazilian films and for Rede Globo television series and programs, and has appeared as a musician on major Brazilian TV networks including Rede Globo, Rede Record, Rede Bandeirantes, and SBT, accompanying prominent singers and bands. His long-standing performance credits include 16 years touring and recording with Diogo Nogueira, 13 years with Cidade Negra, 22 years with João Sabiá, and 21 years as a member of the Gilberto Gagliardi Trombone Quartet, highlighting his consistency, reliability, and deep integration into Brazil's professional music scene.
