Paulo Henrique Chagas Corrêa, widely known as Azeitona Trompete, is a highly accomplished Brazilian trumpeter, arranger, and studio musician with classical training from the São Paulo School of Music, the Universidade Livre de Música (ULM), and the University of São Paulo (USP). His career spans symphonic music, pop, MPB, and large-scale commercial productions. Paulo has collaborated with an exceptional range of artists, including Gilberto Gil, Seu Jorge, Ed Motta, Fernanda Abreu, Sandra de Sá, Daniela Mercury, Ivan Lins, Roupa Nova, Jota Quest, AnaVitória, Dionne Warwick, and many others. He has recorded albums and DVDs with major names such as Zezé Di Camargo & Luciano, Daniel, Gusttavo Lima, Alcione, Alexandre Pires, Pixote, Raça Negra, Glória Groove, Vitor Kley, and Leo Santana, working both as a featured musician and arranger.
