DMCA Copyright Policy
Sessions Boutique respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our platform to do the same. Copyright Infringement Notifications
A DMCA notification should be submitted in writing and must include sufficient information for us to identify the copyrighted work and locate the material that is allegedly infringing.
To help us process your request, please include:
Your signature
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Identification of the copyrighted work
A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If your notification concerns multiple works, you may provide a representative list of those works.
Identification of the allegedly infringing material
Please identify the material you believe infringes your copyright and provide information reasonably sufficient for Sessions Boutique to locate it, such as the applicable URL, project, release, account, or other identifying information.
Your contact information
Please provide sufficient information for us to contact you, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
Good-faith statement
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in question is not authorized by the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or applicable law.
Accuracy and authority statement
A statement that the information contained in your notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.
Notifications that do not contain the information required by applicable law may not be sufficient to initiate the DMCA process.

Counter-Notifications
If material you submitted to Sessions Boutique was removed or access to it was disabled following a copyright complaint, and you believe the material was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a DMCA counter-notification to our Copyright Agent.
A valid counter-notification should include:
Your signature
A physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the removed material
A description of the material that was removed or disabled and information identifying where it appeared before its removal or disabling.
Good-faith statement
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
Your contact information
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
Jurisdiction and service statement
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal district court for your address, or, if you reside outside the United States, the federal judicial district in which Sessions Boutique is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original infringement notification.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, Sessions Boutique may follow the procedures and timelines established under the DMCA, including providing the counter-notification to the party who submitted the original complaint. Where applicable, material may be restored unless the complaining party notifies our Copyright Agent that it has filed an action seeking a court order concerning the allegedly infringing material.
Repeat Copyright Infringement
Sessions Boutique may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts or access to our services when appropriate, including where a user repeatedly engages in copyright infringement or where circumstances otherwise warrant action under applicable law.
